About Me

​I am originally from the small town of Galena, OH, outside of Columbus, and am a (fish) farmer's daughter. I received my Bachelors of Science at Miami University, in Oxford, OH., and attended medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV. After graduating in 2015, my husband and I moved to the Winter Park, FL area, just outside of Orlando, for my Family Medicine residency, for which I am board certified. After having my two wonderful children, I became more cognizant of the need to educate them and instill the values they would need in order to live long, healthy, and happy lives. This led me to pursue board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, which has made a huge impact on how I practice medicine and how I live my life each day.
